Sonai Infrastructure Office, Pune
The newly designed office of Sonai Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. reflects a workspace planned for functionality, efficiency, and human-centric comfort. Productivity and workplace performance shape the underlying design intent. The layout spans 6,000 sq. ft, comprising 8 managerial cabins, 3 executive cabins, 2 meeting rooms, 1 executive reception, dedicated collaborative areas, 1 conference room, 60 workstation seating positions, and a pantry. This office transformation reflects an evolving, data-driven approach to contemporary workspace design.
The Business Hive, Pune
Located within a commercial urban district, The Business Hive is a volume of space containing multiple boutique offices and retail configurations. Designed through data-driven design optimisation, the building delivers daylight access and visual connectivity to human-centric comfort across interior spaces.
The Palm Exotica, Watamu
Derived from geometric patterns found across Kenyan cultural craft, the massing draws formal reference from a traditional tribal music instrument. Positioned along the coastline, The Palm Exotica is a 370m high-rise mixed-use 61-storey tower located on the island of Watamu. It is positioned to become the tallest high-rise structure on the African continent.
Zeida Beauty Lounge, Dubai
Being a newly established venture, the design was necessary to define brand identity through spatial ambience and experiential sequencing. The interior program further extends conventional salon function into a social gathering space, addressing women across a broad range of age groups through recurring daily activity patterns. Through a restrained neutral material palette and controlled color scheme, the design maintains visual focus on activities, products, and accent colors, allowing programmatic elements to define the spatial experience rather than applied decoration.
Subsea Engineering Lab, MIT Pune
With construction of this facility already in progress, the design brief was to establish an ambience aligned with the primary function of the building Subsea Engineering. With intent to formulate a complementary environment, elements and schemes were introduced to enhance the experience of users and visitors.
Lodha Belmondo
An interior design project for a 4BHK residence at Lodha Belmondo, this space reflects an integrated approach to material selection, spatial planning, and lighting design. The design approach establishes a refined spatial language through clean lines, considered material palettes, and ambient lighting. Design execution integrates storage systems and precision detailing to enhance functionality alongside spatial coherence.
